Accu Meters ("we", "our", or "us") provides the Accu Meters mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

• Location Data: We request access to your device's precise (GPS) and coarse location. This is essential for providing altitude, local weather data, coordinates, and reverse-geocoding your address. This data is processed on the device and sent to third-party weather providers (Open-Meteo) to fetch environmental data.
• Sensor Data: We access device sensors (Barometer, Magnetometer, Accelerometer) to provide real-time altitude and compass headings.

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers to personalize ads.
• Firebase Analytics: Used to understand app usage and performance. This data is anonymized.
• Open-Meteo: Used as a fallback to retrieve weather and environmental data based on your location.

3. Data Storage

Any data you "Save" within the app (sensor readings and names) is stored locally on your device in a private database. We do not upload this personal saved data to our servers.

4. Permissions

To provide full functionality, the app requires:

• Internet access (for ads and weather updates).
• Fine/Coarse Location (for coordinates and weather).
• High sampling rate for sensors (for smooth compass movement).

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
