The App requires specific permissions to function as a document scanning utility:
Local Processing: All document scanning, edge detection, and perspective correction are performed 100% on your device using Google ML Kit. We do not upload your raw camera images or scanned documents to any external servers.
Temporary Storage: Scanned previews are stored in the App's temporary cache folder. These files remain on your device until you manually clear them or delete the App. We recommend saving important scans permanently using the "Save" feature.

Because your documents are stored locally on your device, the security of your scans depends on your device's security settings. We do not have access to your documents and cannot recover them if they are deleted or if you lose your device.
