Documents Hub ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

        Executive Summary: Documents Hub is a local file management tool. We do not upload your documents, passwords, or personal files to any servers. All document processing, including "Deep Previews" and PDF rendering, happens entirely on your device.
    

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from our users. However, the App utilizes third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Google Play Services: Used for app updates and basic analytics.
AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and location data to serve personalized ads.

2. Permissions and Data Access

To provide its core functionality, the App requires specific permissions:

All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): This is required to scan your device for PDF, Office, and Text documents to create your central Document Hub. This data is read locally and is never transmitted off your device.
Internet Access: Required for AdMob advertisements and checking for In-App Updates.

3. Document Security & Passwords

When you open a password-protected PDF, the password you enter is used temporarily in the App's volatile memory to decrypt the file via the built-in viewer. We do not save, store, or transmit your document passwords.

4. Third-Party Links

The App contains links to the Google Play Store (for rating and "More Apps"). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of the Google Play Store once you leave our App.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Since we do not collect user data on our servers, there is no data for us to retain or delete. Any files you choose to delete using the App's "Delete" feature are permanently removed from your device storage and cannot be recovered by the App.

6. Children�s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
