Welcome to Notify (also referred to as "Smart Notification Manager"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how our application handles your data.

        The Core Principle: Notify is designed with a "Local-First" approach. Your notification history, message contents, and rules are stored strictly on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.
    

1. Information Collection and Use

Notify requires specific permissions to provide its core features. Here is how we use them:

Notification Access: Used to capture incoming notifications so you can view your history and apply spam filters. This data remains on your device.
SMS Permissions: Used solely for the "Auto-Reply" feature. The app reads incoming SMS to match your custom rules and sends automated responses on your behalf.
Biometric/Security: Used to provide the App Lock feature. We do not have access to your actual fingerprint or face data; we only receive a "success" or "failure" signal from the Android system.
Storage: Used to create and restore backups of your notification history if you choose to export them.

2. Third-Party Services (Advertising)

To keep this application free, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements. These third-party providers may collect information used to identify your device for personalized advertising. You can find their policy here:

3. Data Retention

All notification data is stored in a local database on your phone. If you delete a notification in the app, or if you use the "Reset All Data" feature, that information is permanently removed from your device. Uninstalling the app will also remove all stored history.

4. Security

We value your trust in providing us your personal information. We use industry-standard local encryption and the Android Security framework to protect your data. However, remember that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
