The core philosophy of Privacy Ghost is On-Device Intelligence. All image processing, face detection, and text recognition are performed locally on your device using Edge AI. Your images are never uploaded to our servers, stored in the cloud, or accessible by us.

2. Data Collection

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII). The App does not require a user account or registration.

3. Permissions

The App requests the following permissions for functional purposes only:

• Camera: To allow you to take photos for instant scrubbing.
• Storage/Media: To allow you to select images from your gallery and save processed versions.

4. Third-Party Services

To support the development and maintenance of the App, we use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: Used for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
• Google Play Services: Used for app updates and basic analytics.

Since your data stays on your device, the security of your images is protected by your Android system's security features.
